Craftplicator is provided as-is and free for private, educational and other non-commercial use. There is no support desk behind it, but messages are read and answered individually.
Found a bug?
Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. The status line at the bottom of the tool and the browser console usually hold the actual error, and those two lines are the most useful thing you can send.
If it involves a specific world or model, the file type and roughly how large it is helps more than a screenshot.
Something not working the way you expected?
Check the FAQ and the guide first. Between them they cover most of it, including the two things people hit first: finding your world and worlds from consoles and tablets.
If the answer is not there, ask. Questions that turn up twice end up in the FAQ, so you are doing the next person a favour.
Commercial use
The tool and the gallery builds are free for non-commercial use. Anything sold, or part of something sold, needs a licence. Describe what you want to do, in what context and at what scale — requests are handled individually rather than through a price list.
Working together
Museums, schools, planning departments and anyone with a project that needs more than the tool on its own: tell us what you are trying to achieve, who it is for and what you already have. If the honest answer is that the free tool already does it, that is what you will get.
